Ventures
What we operate.
Each venture is a standalone business with its own manager, its own books, and its own reputation. We provide capital, systems, and oversight — but each venture succeeds or fails on its own merits.
Tool & equipment rental
Our rental yard serves contractors, farmers, and homeowners across Crawford County. We stock well-maintained equipment from trusted manufacturers and provide basic training on safe operation. Every piece is inspected after each rental.
Self-storage
Two facilities in Bucyrus and Galion offer clean, secure, well-lit storage units in a range of sizes. We built these facilities with local contractors and manage them with on-site staff during business hours.
Specialty retail
A small retail store in downtown Bucyrus serves the outdoor and agricultural communities with quality tools, workwear, and supplies. We stock what our neighbors need, not what a corporate buyer thinks they should want.
Commercial real estate
A small portfolio of commercial buildings in Bucyrus, maintained to a standard that reflects well on the community. We lease to local businesses and nonprofits at rates that allow them to thrive.
